Community Service

Description

This opportunity is available to individuals who need to complete court-mandated community service. All community service hours are completed within the building in the greatest area of need.

To complete court-mandated community service hours with OurCalling, you must first go through orientation (be prepared to stay 15 minutes after orientation for extra instruction) and then meet with the Volunteer Team for a 30-minute preliminary meeting.

You are responsible for keeping track of your hours by checking in and out at the Volunteer Check-In Station at OurCalling and bringing your paperwork with you each day. The Volunteer Engagement Manager and Volunteer Coordinator are the only people who can sign off on your timesheet. If neither option is available, please email us at volunteer@ourcalling.org with your departure time, and we will update our records to reflect the next time you are scheduled to serve.

If you need a verification letter, please notify the Volunteer Team at OurCalling at least one week in advance. We cannot guarantee that a letter will be sent on the same day.
