Guest Intake

Intake is fast-paced and requires high energy and social skills to interact with each guest. Volunteers are required to utilize our ipads and database to input orders for clothing and hygiene while conversing with male guests. We encourage sharing the gospel and/or praying with guests whenever possible.

Consistency is extremely beneficial in this role.

Dress Code: All volunteers must wear long pants (no leggings), a shirt with sleeves, and closed-toed shoes.

First-Time Volunteers: When you arrive, check in at the Volunteer Check In station. Please wait for your name tag to print (this may take 10-15 seconds) and place any bags or purses in a locker. Once you are checked in with your items put away, you can head to the Guest Services desk (in the cafe) and report to China and Daniel for further instructions.
