Women's Center Help

This partially guest-facing volunteer opportunity is ideal for female volunteers who are passionate about serving the women of OurCalling. Volunteers help create a warm and hospitable environment in our Women's Center by providing compassionate support and practical assistance.

Responsibilities include retrieving clothing and hygiene resource orders, resetting our private showers, and assisting with laundry services. 

Dress Code: All volunteers must wear long pants (no leggings), a shirt with sleeves, and closed-toed shoes.

First-Time Volunteers: When you arrive, check in at the Volunteer Check In station. Please wait for your name tag to print (this may take 10-15 seconds) and place any bags or purses in a locker. Once you have checked in with your items put away, you can head upstairs to the Women's Center and report to Fahdel or Kristen for further instructions.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to remain standing for a minimum of one hour
2. Able to lift up to 25 pounds
3. Physical ability to climb two flights of stairs
4. Able to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed
