Internships at OurCalling

OurCalling offers unpaid internships to college students who need to complete an internship or practicum in the field of social work, case management, or ministerial care to fulfill their graduation requirements. 

To apply for an internship at OurCalling, please complete the following steps:

  1. Create a Volunteer Account
  2. Sign Up & Attend a New Volunteer Orientation
  3. Complete the Internship Application

Please be prepared to answer the following questions on the application: 

  1. Name of School
  2. Major 
  3. Total Hours Required
  4. When is your tentative start date?
  5. When does your internship need to be completed by? 
  6. What days are you available from 9 AM to 12 PM?
  7. Are you required to be supervised by a licensed professional? 
  8. If yes, what licenses are accepted? 
  9. Does your practicum require OurCalling to meet with your professor during the semester? 
  10. What other requirements are listed that OurCalling will be responsible for?
  11. Why do you want to complete your internship at OurCalling? 
  12. Are you comfortable with working in a ministry that promotes the Gospel of Jesus? 
  13. Provide the Name, Relationship, and Contact Info of Two Professional References

Once you have completed the application, a member of our Programs Team will contact you directly with the next steps.
